Aaron Bonner is an active duty Fire Fighter and first responder in San Antonio,TX. Aaron is no stranger to athletics or competitions, having done several body building competitions, he also holds several records in Power lifting. He continues to stay hungry, conditioned and enjoys laying down the bricks in the House Of Gains. Keep an eye out for him, he loves to stay active and compete in new sports!!
TJ Soto : Engineer
ATHLETE : POWER LIFTER
Having excelled academically and graduate from The University Texas A&M Kingsville with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, he is quite the powerhouse in the powerlifting world. Tj holds numerous state records, collegiate records and world records in the mens 148lb division.
Kasey Allen : Nurse
ATHLETE : POWER LIFTER / SHOTPUT
Full time mommy of 3 and Full time Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse. Kasey is no stranger to competition. Having excelled at Shot put in H.S earning her multiple regional and area titles, landed her a spot to compete in Hawaii and Australia, putting her home town of Sinton,TX on the world map. Now residing in Orange,TX she finds her self in the house of iron as a powerlifter! Kasey is already chasing and breaking records and has her eyes on the world records !! She also is hopeful to compete in the Olympics for Shot-put

Another Powerhouse addition to the CN4U Kitchen is the McNabb Microfarm. The McNabb Microfarm is a husband and wife team out of Calallen,TX. Ryan, Lauren and their son Will not only eat a plant based diet, but they are passionate about sharing the benefits of clean eating with the community. They grow fruits and vegetables in their home garden, and run an indoor vertical farming setup as well. They offer home delivery in Calallen and Corpus Christi, and you can find them at the Grow Local Farmers' Market on Wednesday.
